The short version: this is a static website with no accounts and no server that stores your data. Your game progress stays in your own browser. Here are the details.
No accounts, no server storage
AI Game Cards is a static site. There is nothing to sign up for, no login, and no database on our end holding personal information about you. We don't ask for your name, email, or payment details, because there's nothing here that requires them.
Your saves stay in your browser
Game progress — your saves and your collection of cards — is stored only in your browser's localStorage, on your own device. It is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. We can't read it, and we couldn't retrieve it even if you asked. If you clear your browser storage, that data is gone; if you want to keep a game, hold on to its Cartridge Save code.
Analytics
We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to see roughly how many people visit and which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not build a profile of you across sites. It records aggregate, non-identifying information only. There is nothing here to opt out of, because nothing about you is being tracked.
When you open a game in an AI app
When you click "Open in ChatGPT", "Open in Claude", or "Open in Gemini", you leave this site for that third party. Once you're there, you're using their product under their own privacy policy and terms — we have no visibility into or control over what they collect. What you type into an assistant to play a game is handled by that assistant's provider, not by us.
Advertising
We do not currently run display ads, and there are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site. If that ever changes, we'll update this page and add the appropriate consent controls before any such tracking begins.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights over your personal data, including access, correction, and erasure. In practice we hold no personal data about you to access or erase — the only data this site creates lives in your own browser, entirely under your control.
